Design Technology is an inspiring, rigorous and practical subject which prepares all young people to be critical and creative thinkers.

The Design Technology curriculum is relevant and engaging and forward thinking. Pupils take part in practical tasks that explore the opportunities to problem solve and consider ways in which technologies address design tasks, impact on the environment and allow students to make, share, justify and discuss their own design solutions.
