As a Humanities College we aim to foster an understanding of human values and attitudes, past and present, and how society is organised, develops and changes.

Our specialism subjects are English, Geography and History where committed teachers help to improve student progress and attainment, contribute to whole school improvement and develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

The specialism also allows us to provide enriching opportunities, both in and out of school, serving the students and the local community, and is at the heart of our ethos.
