Students’ Equipment

Every student is expected to have a strong bag to carry his or her own, and the school’s, equipment.

The school provides most of the equipment, books and stationery used but students are expected to bring to every lesson:-

• a blue or black pen
• a pencil, rubber
• ruler
• a spare pen
• pencil sharpener
• coloured pencils

Loss or Damage of Property

Every possible precaution is taken by the school to ensure that children’s property is not lost or damaged, but unfortunately school cannot accept liability for this. For this reason expensive personal belongings, such as personal stereos, should not be brought into school.

In the meantime, it is clearly common sense for:

a. all garments to be clearly and indelibly marked with the owner’s name

b. expensive fashion clothing and belongings not to be brought into school.

Items of property which are found will be held in lost property in the main school office. Students who lose something should check there to see if it has been handed in.
