George Stephenson Celebrates Healthy School Award...

George Stephenson was invited to the celebration event at the Langdale Centre to receive their Healthy School Award.  Eleanor Little attended the celebration with four Year 7 students- Holly Green, Sarah Aston, Olivia Carr and Anna Stephenson.  Over 100 hundred people  were present and we received our plaque from Joyce McCarty, Healthy School co-ordinator for North Tyneside Council.  The Award is in recognition of the schools achievement in four core areas- PSHE, Health Education, Physical Activity and Emotional Health and Well being.  The award stands until 2011.
